for the individual plan

Plan premiums can be paid in 12 installments automatically charged once a month, or as a one-time lump sum payment (which comes with a $25 discount).
The plan includes:
- 2 routine cleanings
- 2 thorough examinations
- All necessary x-rays
- 20% discount on all dental treatments and procedures
You may want to consider DTC Family Dentistry’s In-House Discount Plan if:
- You have not found a dental coverage plan that meets your needs (our in-house plan is significantly cheaper than most dental insurance plans)
- You’re tired of paying out of pocket for your current dental coverage
- You’re looking for a fair, simple way to save money on dental care (our in-house plan has no claim denials, annual maximums, or limitations)
DTC Family Dentistry accepts most major dental insurance providers. Please give our office a call to verify your insurance coverage before your appointment. This way, we can submit all of the necessary claim information to your provider on your behalf.
